It’s been a few months since my last post. In the mean time, I’ve gotten engaged, started planning a wedding, and moved!
With that latter bit of news, the CrackerBoxKitchen is a literal cracker box, no more! I now have a kitchen with one hundred eighty square feet! (Though it’s still stocked with a full-sized washer and dryer, stove, and refrigerator. Plus a portable dishwasher, and a hot water heater. But who’s counting appliances?)
In honour of my larger kitchen, and the holiday season, I’m reposting an oldie, but goodie from last season: Homemade Eggnog.
I know, I know. With my bigger kitchen I should be cooking and posting up a storm! Unfortunately, I’ve just been too busy. (Did I mention I’m planning a wedding?)
However, after I get my meal planning done for next week, I’ll whip-up something spectacular (let’s hope!) to share with you.
For now, grab a carton of eggs and bottle of rum, and let’s make some eggnog!
